Successfully combining guitar riffs from blues, jazz, and folk styles in an acoustic singer-songwriter blend, Jane released her first CD, Me Jane. This collection includes three original songs with an intimate treatment of Bob Dylan’s “Like a Rolling Stone,” and a gutsy solo acoustic guitar arrangement of Vince Guaraldi’s “Linus & Lucy,” (the Peanuts Theme) that has been featured on Minnesota Public Radio.
Inspired at an early age by the guitar-playing styles of James Taylor, Chet Atkins and Jerry Reed, Jane delivers soulful vocal arrangements, reminiscent of Diana Krall and Norah Jones, to create a groove all her own.
Jane has performed all across the United States as a solo artist and has done guest appearances with Chuck Pyle, Duncan Tuck, and Bob Turner. Career highlights include an impromptu jam session in Boulder, Colorado with finger style wizard Tuck Andress.
